By placing an order through Pure Harvest Deliveries, you agree to these terms. 

Our products are fresh, perishable fruit grown and provided by a local family farm. Product availability varieties, sizes and quantities may vary depending on seasonal harvest conditions. 

All orders must be placed through our website. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

Delivery is available within our designated delivery area. Delivery fees are based on the delivery distance shown at checkout. Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are scheduled for Wednesday delivery. 

Because fresh fruit is perishable, customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when necessary. 

We make very reasonable effort to provide fresh, high-quality fruit. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
